Partners in Purpose: Dell Embraces Neurodiversity with Autism Hiring Program

World Autism Awareness Day was Tuesday, April 2nd.
More than one in 59 children in the U.S. now have an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Within the next 10 years, half a million people with an ASD will become adults. Job candidates with these disorders have historically been an overlooked group, with as many as 90% being unemployed or underemployed. Through their Autism Hiring Program, Dell allows candidates to demonstrate their skills outside of a traditional job interview.
Dell is committed to embracing neurodiversity and celebrating the different ways the human brain can work to solve problems.
