Ørsted Is Official Partner of Copenhagen 2021 - Worldpride and Eurogames

As an official partner, Ørsted wants to promote inclusion and diversity as key to a successful workplace as well as celebrate the ability to live and love safely and freely.
Mette Nørr Gantzhorn, Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Well-Being in Ørsted, says: "At Ørsted, we believe that different perspectives strengthen our ability to be innovative, reinforce our business results, and accelerate our global growth. Employee inclusion networks
Ørsted has a global inclusion movement of more than 1,000 members in different employee networks who participate in the important mission of creating an inclusive company where everyone can thrive, perform, and grow.
Alice Vallienne, Business Developer in Innovation and co-chair of Ørsted's LGBTQ+ & Allies network in Continental Europe, says: "As an employee and representative of the LGBTQ+ community, I feel greatly empowered by Ørsted's dedication to providing a safe space for its people to be their authentic selves. Copenhagen 2021 – WorldPride and EuroGames takes place in Copenhagen in Denmark and Malmö in Sweden on 12-21 August.
