New Wells Fargo Brand Campaign Celebrates Diversity, Features LGBT Community
Every day, Wells Fargo serves millions of customers who reflect a wide range of diversity and takes pride in getting to know all of its customers to better serve their financial needs.
To celebrate how hard its customers work, Wells Fargo has launched a new brand campaign: “Working together to make a difference.” One of four television spots developed as part of the campaign, “Learning Sign Language,” represents Wells Fargo’s commitment and service to the LGBT community, which dates back over 25 years and continues to grow year after year.
Wells Fargo has a long history of supporting the LGBT community as an employer and a provider of financial services, as well as through its engagement with organizations that address issues important to its LGBT customers and team members. This support is part of the company’s broader commitment to diversity – to serve diverse customers, to hire, develop and retain diverse team members, and to encourage team members to value and respect each other for their differences.
This new Brand campaign is an example of how Wells Fargo prioritizes developing advertising content that resonates with its customers, reflects company values, and represents the diversity of the communities it serves.
