MilliporeSigma Provides Masks to St. Louis Community Through Donation to Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis

MilliporeSigma is committed to accelerating access to health for people everywhere, including in St. Louis. The company has more than 2,200 employees in the area and is actively involved in the fight against COVID-19 with products manufactured at its St. Louis sites.

To help ease the burdens of the COVID-19 pandemic, MilliporeSigma donated 73,000 medical FDA-registered masks to the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. These masks were distributed as part of the organization’s drive-thru food, toiletries, masks and personal protective equipment distribution event on January 18, which was held in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

MilliporeSigma is also supporting St. Louis residents by donating an additional 150,000 masks to the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, for distribution at future events.
