Mentoring: In Real Life

We believe that every young person should have a caring adult to turn to. This provides a foundation for students to succeed in all that they do – in school and their future careers. That’s why we’re connecting our employees to students around the world through Aspire Mentoring Academy. 

These mentoring relationships impact all parties involved. For those who are being mentored, it’s linked to improved academic performance and increased awareness of future career possibilities. For those who are mentoring, the relationship can build leadership, communication and management skills. But most importantly, through the mentoring relationship, both parties have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the other person’s life.
