Superpower: I like efficiency, and I have worked hard over my life to hone my ability to perform tasks efficiently. Sometimes it means taking more time to map out a process, but if it speeds up the project, then I will devote time to it up front. I think that is partly why I was drawn to the engineering profession.
Resiliency: To overcome challenges, my process is to first accept the situation and identify things I can and cannot change. Then look toward what can be done and implement it, not worrying about the rest or looking back.
Re-energize: My favorite de-stressing activities are to meditate, do yoga, cook or watch The Office.
