Name: Devon Douglas
Title: Senior Strategist
Organization: BBMG
Best Practice Café: Storytelling in CSR: How to Get Buy-In from the C-Suite
As volunteerism and CSR become core to business strategy, program managers find they must continually prove the business value and success factors of their department’s efforts. However, when it comes to social commitments, pure numbers won’t do the efforts justice. Storytelling tactics can help turn impersonal, unemotional statistics into a compelling narrative of impact and change. Devon Douglas from Brand Innovation firm BBMG will help attendees learn how to use data-driven insights and storytelling techniques to help get program buy-in from senior leadership at their organizations.
