Marina Bay Sands Supports The Purple Parade

From October 29 to November 5, Team Members at Marina Bay Sands supported The Purple Parade, a movement that supports the inclusion and celebrates the abilities of persons with special needs.  During the week, Team Members supported the cause by taking photos of themselves dressed in purple and the company pledged its support to raise awareness of this campaign by turning its three towers purple.

The Purple Parade was created to support, include and celebrate people with special needs, while making a movement towards a more inclusive society by opening people’s eyes to those with special needs in the community.  The Association for Persons with Special Needs, Autism Association Singapore, Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore and Singapore Association for the Deaf are just some of the organizations that also took part in the effort.
