Manheim Ohio Wins 2015 Corporate Caring Award

Columbus Business First announced the honorees and finalists for the 2015 Corporate Caring Awards. The program honors for-profit companies for their financial contributions, volunteer service and other unique contributions to Columbus' charities and nonprofit organizations. Manheim Ohio was selected as a winner in the Medium Company category for its work with Canine Companions for Independence.
In 2014, Manheim Ohio donated nearly $6,000 to the organization and logged 100 volunteer hours there. Company donations to charity for the year totaled nearly $50,000.
Giving back is a company-wide value, said John Deck, general manager of Manheim Ohio.
“It’s a huge part of our DNA that we support the community we live in,” he said.
