Climate change has been defined both in context of the planetary and human health, but all too often building scale issues such as energy efficiency and air quality are pitted against each other. Climate change and human health, one of the IWBI Global Research Agenda’s suite of impact topics, has never been an either/or proposition, but a both/and conversation, where unifying planetary and human health research must play a pivotal role if we are to make progress on this important topic. Our webcast will present leading research questions from the Global Research Agenda and feature speakers positioned to activate that research through institutional support, media outreach, and public and private funding mechanisms. The webcast will also present a leading WELL Case Study committed to translating research to practice on planetary and human health on a daily basis.
