LBG Canada 2014 Benchmarking Highlights

LBG (London Benchmarking Group) Canada is a network of companies seeking to maximize the impact of community investment – for society and for business. Together, LBG Canada companies set the highest standard in community investment management, performance measurement and reporting in Canada.

The attached infographic illustrates highlights from the 2014 Audit and Benchmarking cycle. This year, we audited over 44,500 community investment transactions reporting $411 million in LBG Canada company investment. When including funds leveraged from external stakeholders, this total increases to $501 million, an additional $110 million invested in community.

Community investment auditing is an important process as it results in a clear understanding of the value of an overall community investment portfolio.
