Ideagen - Where the World's Leading Corporations, NGO's and Public Sector Organizations Convene to Innovate and Collaborate
The Ideagen 100, a crosssector, collective impact member network where the world’s leading corporations, NGO’s, and public sector organizations convene to innovate and collaborate, hosted its latest quarterly summit at the Embassy of Greece today focused on “Social Impact Partnering for Good”.
Impact leaders convened at Embassy of Greece to facilitate crosssector collaboration, impact leadership, and collective impact. The overarching theme, “Social Impact Partnering for Good” focused on the pressing needs and emergent strategies within key topic areas within the theme: Data for Good Education, Global Health, Entrepreneurship, Innovation/Technology, Workforce, Equity, The new UN SDG's and Impact 2030.
Ambassador Christos Panagopoulos, welcomed the world’s leading organizations from across sectors at today’s Ideagen Summit at the Embassy of Greece, noted: “In our globalized world, the most complex problems can only be solved with collaboration and cocreation among business leaders, social entrepreneurs, civil society and the public sector. In recent years, the economic crisis showed us that only if policy makers, the business community and others work together is there a significant possibility to stimulate the future economy’s growth and prepare young people for their task.”
George Sifakis, CEO and Founder of Ideagen, outlined the importance of social impact and the power of partnerships with a crosssector collaborative focus. “We honored to convene at the Embassy of Greece in Washington. Today, here, now, we convene the world’s leading organizations for our quarterly summit to hear from many of the world’s leading thinkers and to develop ideas and solutions to address some of the world’s most vexing issues.

Kellogg Foundation; Emily Simone, Lockheed Martin Corporation; June Sugiyama, Vodafone Innovation Challenge Panel featuring: CalTech Sanitation Project, California Institute of Technology; WellDone Mobile Monitor, WellDone Mobile International; Mobile Stethoscope Diagnostics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology DLab; Sue Stephenson, Ritz Carlton; Jeff Senne – PwC; Jen Kim Field, UN Foundation; and Craig Nakagawa, Global Good, a collaboration between Intellectual Ventures and Bill Gates
During the ideation and strategy sessions, Ideagen members outlined the big ideas and emergent strategies as we drive toward structuring grand challenges, from ideation to pilot to practical implementation for scale and replication.
