HP Releases Its 2014 Living Progress Report
by Gabi Zedlmayer, Vice President and Chief Progress Officer
People will tell you that I’m not shy about saying I have the best job at HP. As Chief Progress Officer, I get to influence and witness firsthand, every day, the impact our actions and innovations have on the world around us. It’s incredible. That’s why today marks one of my favorite days of the year. I get the pleasure of sharing some of our biggest impact stories with you through the release of our 2014 HP Living Progress Report.
The report highlights the important work we’re doing to advance human, economic and environmental progress on a global scale. It shows up in the way we develop our products, services and solutions, manage our operations, and drive solutions with our customers, partners and communities.
I’m proud of the measures we are taking to help make our own operations more sustainable, and I’m particularly inspired by the progress we’re making to help our customers and partners meet their sustainability goals. In this way we can both accelerate and scale Living Progress.
We made a lot of headway in 2014, and obviously there’s more to do. But we live at a time of unprecedented opportunity, which is why I’m so passionate about what I do every day. By bringing together people and technology we can help solve big social and environmental challenges, and create a better future for everyone.
