As part of our 50th Anniversary celebration, we asked our employees to discuss how they define Tetra Tech’s DNA and what makes our company distinct. We sat down with Dan Batrack, Tetra Tech’s CEO, to learn how he describes Tetra Tech’s DNA.
The themes that Dan discussed as he spoke about his time at Tetra Tech—from 1980 to today—were also reflected in interviews with other employees. He spoke of the entrepreneurial spirit, technical leadership, and ability of our employees to create clear solutions to complex problems. These values, which make up Tetra Tech’s DNA, have remained constant even as the company has grown over the past 50 years.
