Head Start Boot Drive

Boots On The Ground at Sanofi Pasteur – As the first of a two-part program focused on helping local Head Start families in need, hundreds of Sanofi Pasteur employees donated snow boots, hats, gloves, and other wintertime essentials to approximately 225 Monroe county Head Start children. Pictured, L-R, are Sanofi Pasteur employees Judy Olsommer, Ellyn Schindler, and Denise O’Connor. Judy and Denise are co-leading this year’s collection drive program. Sanofi Pasteur employees will now “adopt” 38 Head Start families undergoing extreme financial challenges during the second part of this annual initiative, and deliver literally truckloads of items just prior to the holidays. The company and its employees have participated in these drives for more than two decades, which over the years have benefitted thousands of Monroe County residents.
