WASHINGTON, October 29, 2020 /3BL Media/ – The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) is pleased to announce that PepsiCo and Target Corp. will serve as co-host sponsors for its annual Leadership Pipeline Program being held November 10, 2020. This year’s program theme is Effective Leadership: The Future is Now, which will focus on helping mid-level managers position themselves for future executive positions in Corporate America.

The HACR Leadership Pipeline Program provides high-potential talent with leadership development training and networking opportunities. Attendees will experience educational sessions focused on augmenting managerial skills and honing professional advancement strategies. Sessions will feature subject-matter experts and thought leaders in the areas of corporate governance, management and talent development, employee resource group leadership, and more.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, this conference is being held virtually. Attendees will be able to connect with colleagues, speakers, and sponsors through interactive tools such as chat and a networking lounge.
