What: They're back! Once again, scantily clad models will flood the streets of 11 U.S. cities to raise awareness and encourage others to give the suits off their backs for the Men's Wearhouse Fifth Annual National Suit Drive, the country's largest collection of business attire for men to help unemployed workers "suit up" for success.

Street teams will strut their stuff during the morning rush to encourage donations at more than 900 Men's Wearhouse locations nationwide. More information is available at www.nationalsuitdrive.com.  This year, the goal is to collect more than 110,000 professional clothing items around the nation.

When & Where: Wednesday, June 27, 2012, from 6 a.m. - 11 a.m., local time

Various locations in the following cities across America:

  • Atlanta
  • Boston
  • Chicago
  • Dallas
  • D.C.
  • Houston
  • L.A.
  • Miami
  • NYC
  • San Francisco
  • Seattle

Why: Starting on June 27 and throughout the month of July, Men's Wearhouse will collect gently used men's and women's suits, shirts, jackets, ties, belts, and shoes and distribute them to approximately 200 local nonprofit partners around the nation. Men's Wearhouse works to ensure that all donations benefit the local community they were donated in.

According to recent statistics from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 12.7 million Americans are currently unemployed. Donations to the National Suit Drive can help decrease this number by giving men with barriers to employment great-looking suits that will give them the confidence boost they need to land a new job.
