Fortune Ranks Comcast NBCUniversal #3 on 'Best Big Companies to Work For' List

Comcast NBCUniversal was named one of the 2019 FORTUNE “Best Big Companies to Work For,” ranking #3 on the inaugural list, according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune.

The FORTUNE Best Big Companies to Work For list recognized companies with over 100,000 US employees who have received the Great Place to Work Certification.  Great Place to Work ranked the FORTUNE Best Big Companies to Work For based on anonymous employee survey feedback and an assessment of each company’s benefits programs and policies. Survey respondents rated their workplace cultures on 60-plus elements, including trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie, and workplace traits linked to innovation.  The ranking accounts for the experiences of all employees, including women, people of color, LGBT individuals, older team members, and disabled employees.

The ranking was released in conjunction with the annual 2019 FORTUNE “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, where Comcast NBCUniversal was also recognized.

These rankings are one of a series by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE. Comcast NBCUniversal has also been recognized on the Best Workplaces for Women, Parents, Diversity, and Millennials lists.
