Forestry Graduates Meet the Prince of Wales as They Begin Prestigious International Exchange Program
TD sponsored program nurtures new generation of forest leaders
June 12, 2015 /3BL Media/ - On June 11, 2015, four young forestry graduates from Canada and the United Kingdom were personally greeted by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales to begin a prestigious international exchange program that is aimed at developing future forest leaders. The students will swap countries for the summer to hone their skills in sustainable forestry.
The exchange is associated with the Prince of Wales Forestry Leadership Award, which is sponsored by the TD Forests program and delivered in partnership by the Canadian Institute of Forestry-Institut forestier du Canada (CIF-IFC), the Institute of Chartered Foresters (ICF) and the Duchy of Cornwall.
