Forest City Named a Top Workplace for Fourth Consecutive Year

CLEVELAND, June 22, 2016 /3BL Media/ – For the fourth year in a row, associates at Forest City Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FCEA and FCEB), have ranked the company as a Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio, as reported in the annual survey published by Cleveland.com. Forest City was ranked 20th among large companies in the area.

To determine the rankings, associates completed anonymous surveys administered by WorkplaceDynamics, a third-party research firm. The survey assesses a company’s culture and values and associates’ day-to-day experiences and overall job satisfaction.

In the survey, associates cited Forest City's friendly, innovative and collaborative culture. "This is a company where rapid change is possible and I have not yet been limited in what I can impact. I'm allowed to introduce ideas and changes and have them rapidly reviewed and implemented," said one associate, while another added, "I am able to build something from the ground up that I know will add value to Forest City.”

The company has appeared on the Top Workplaces list every year since the company began participating in the program in 2013.
