Fishing in a Wind Farm: How Fisheries and Wind Farms Co-exist
How can fisheries and wind farms co-exist? Since the inauguration of Westermost Rough wind farm in 2015 Ørsted has been working closely with Holderness Fishing Industry Group in Bridlington, England, to investigate if there are any ecological effects on the crustacean habitat from the construction or operation of the wind farm. This film is a summary of the study and of our collaboration with the local fisheries.
