Al Marco, founder of 1stGig.com and VetsBridge.com, brings nearly three decades of corporate human resource management, executive consulting and recruiting experience. “I’m excited at the potential of both 1stGig.com and VetsBridge.com,” said Marco. “Most traditional job boards are extremely time consuming and rarely end up with both parties making that all-important connection. 1stGig and VetsBridge have a proprietary algorithm that helps connect potential employees and employers. Al’s experience encompasses a variety of industries, including real estate, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare and banking.  He founded the Trovato Group, LLC, a successful national executive search and consulting firm specializing in the real estate industry, in 2003. 

Katherine Gramann is COO. Prior to launching her own web marketing business in 2013, she spent several years at Google, providing customer support and helping grow communities around their products. She has extensive expertise in helping companies make social connections online and is passionate about user advocacy.
