Exciting news from Versaic! Today we released version 2.0 of our grant management software, Versaic Grants. This new release coincides with our debut in Idealware's 2013 Consumers Guide to Grants Management Systems, which compares 28 of the leading grants management solutions. Versaic received a solid or advanced rating each of the areas of evaluation - which only one other vender received. Pretty good for the new kid on the block, right? Versaic beat out key competitors in multiple categories and we did particularly well in managing complex processes which includes implementing complex scoring, committee review, multi-step grant evaluations and extensive budgeting and tracking. One of our big goals with this new version of our grants program is to help our clients see the social impact of their grants and the early response from clients is enthusiastic. For example, Safeway has jumped on post-grant impact reporting for their Healthy Futures Grant program which allows their grantees to give an interim and final status report. This allows Safeway and its grantees to "see" the impact of their efforts. We're all committed to making a difference in our own way -- companies like Safeway by supporting non-profits with grants and Versaic by giving them the tools to manage their social investing.
