Equipping Tomorrow's Workforce

Building on its foundation of support for Northampton Community College (NCC), Sanofi Pasteur provided early and significant funding for the College’s new Monroe County campus in Tannersville. The company’s donation of more than $350,000 underwrote NCC Monroe’s science labs and classrooms on the third floor of the Kapp Hall academic building.

“Yet, Sanofi Pasteur’s partnership with NCC’s Monroe campus goes beyond the company’s generous donations to our capital projects,” said Dr. Matt Connell, Dean of NCC’s Monroe Campus. “Their employees have also mentored our student interns, served on our advisory boards, taught in our classrooms as adjunct faculty, and helped develop our biotechnology degree program. This crucial, multifaceted support has allowed NCC biotechnology and biological science students to learn the skills necessary to be successful in the workforce.”
