Enjoy Tastes of Chocolate at Keystone Human Services’ Chocolatefest Weekend
HARRISBURG, Pa, November 17, 2015 /3BL Media/ - How much chocolate is too much? Keystone Human Services puts it to the test during its annual Chocolatefest Weekend, held on January 30-31, 2016 at Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA.
The weekend begins with ChocolateBall on January 30 at 6 p.m. This beach-themed black tie event includes dinner, dancing, live music by Cruise Control, live and silent auctions, and more. Once again, Mountz Jewelers has donated a stunning diamond pendant that the lucky winner of the champagne raffle will get to take home.
On January 31, guests can spend the morning or afternoon at Chocolatefest discovering just how much chocolate is enough. Guests can sample tastes of mostly chocolate creations from area confectioners, restaurants, hotels, and caterers. In addition to lots of chocolate, Chocolatefest includes live entertainment, silent auctions, children’s activities, and an impressive cake competition. This year’s theme for the cake competition is “A Day at the Beach.”
The Chocolatefest Premiere Session begins at 10 a.m. on January 31 and includes passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. General Session 1 begins at 12 p.m. and General Session 2 starts at 2 p.m.
Tickets for Chocolatefest general sessions cost $20 in advance or $25 at the door, as available. Tickets for children ages 5-12 cost $5. Premiere tickets cost $50. Guests can also purchase an All-Day VIP ticket for $75 and attend all three sessions. Chocolatefest benefits Keystone Human Services, a nonprofit organization that has been supporting children and adults with disabilities to live meaningful lives and fully participate in their communities since 1972.
