ekō Solutions Acquires CSI Equipment Sales, LLC
FISHERS, Ind., August 24, 2022 /3BL Media/ - Land Betterment Corporation (“Land Betterment” or the “Company”), an environmental solutions company fostering positive impact through upcycling former coal mining and industrial sites to create sustainable community development and job creation, announced today that its ekō Solutions division has acquired CSI Equipment Sales, LLC to ensure its supply chain can meet growing customer demands.
CSI Equipment Sales, LLC has a long history of specialized metal fabrication work for the auto industry, military and first-responder container and boat applications, container-based housing as well as fabrication for the controlled environment agriculture industry. The acquisition includes a highly skilled workforce, specialty tool and mechanical systems and scalable manufacturing facility in Decatur, Alabama.
