EcoVadis Appoints Madhur Aggarwal as Chief Solutions Officer and Richard Eyram as Chief Customer Officer

As EcoVadis’ growth strategy accelerates, we’re pleased to announce two key additions to our leadership team who will help put our recent funding to work guiding even more companies towards a sustainable world.

EcoVadis has appointed Madhur Aggarwal as its first Chief Solutions Officer.

Madhur brings two decades of experience scaling up solutions at global companies such as SAP, Pearson and Pluralsight. At SAP, he was the Co-founder and GM of SAPStore.com where he scaled the business to 120 countries across SAP and partner offerings. In his new role, Madhur will oversee advances on the EcoVadis core ratings platform as well as driving strategy for new solutions such as the Carbon Action Module, EcoVadis IQ and EcoVadis Academy. He will lead the unified Solutions team across all functions including product management, market and user research, experience design, product content, analytics and the development of new business models such as Private Equity, Tier N and Product-led-growth. His international experience will enable EcoVadis to further bridge cultures across its global footprint, especially in North America where enterprise growth is ramping up quickly.

And in the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer, Richard Eyram joins EcoVadis after more than a decade as Country Manager of Salesforce Canada, growing the organization from startup to a $500M business with 1400 people. He most recently served as Global Chief Revenue Officer at Fleet Complete. In the role of CCO, Richard will be responsible for the fast-growing sales, customer success and rated company engagement groups, driving an optimized customer lifecycle in concert with the solutions and marketing teams. His extensive experience driving dynamic business growth - partnered with his passion for purpose - is a natural fit for the EcoVadis trajectory.

Both Madhur and Richard will report to Co-CEO, Pierre-Francois Thaler and both are joining the EcoVadis executive committee.
