It has also become an incredibly important fundraising day for nonprofit organizations kicking off their holiday giving campaigns. Taproot is celebrating #GivingTuesday with donations of time and valuable professional skills going towards critical social causes!
Taproot is a US-based nonprofit that gets social good organizations the support they need, for free. Our organization is advancing resource equity for nonprofits by mobilizing volunteerism across the private sector. Taproot's goal: get as many talented volunteers connected with nonprofits in need as possible during this extremely special day.
Join in the #GivingTuesday celebrations on Tuesday, November 28, as Taproot hosts a live volunteerism drive starting at 12 PM ET. During this event, you'll chat with Taproot staff members about your social issue interests and the skills you’re comfortable donating, and our team will find you relevant virtual volunteer opportunities on the spot! There are currently 400+ nonprofits seeking support through Taproot. We'll help you find the perfect fit.
