Deadline Nears for $7.6 Billion Army Human Resources Contracts

Contractors have about three more weeks to finalize proposals on two suites of contracts called PLS and R-MAS, jointly known as Human Resources Solutions (HRS) II, to support the Army over the next decade.
The Army has extended the due date for PLS to Feb. 28 and R-MAS to Feb. 21, according to Jan. 27 amendments.
