Location: New York, NY (SAI Headquarters)
Goals: Build an entrepreneurial business unit that delivers training and consulting services in support of SAI’s mission to promote workers’ rights around the world.
Objectives: Work closely with the Director and Senior Manager to achieve the above stated goal. The primary objectives are to:

Maintain and improve service quality in the training programs

Expand SAI training programs and capacity to deliver training
-
Support service delivery and expansion of corporate programs
-
Manage day-to-day operations of international classroom training program, including scheduling courses and trainers, coordinating with local hosts and venues
-
Assist in development of annual training schedule
-
Coordinate with SAI accounting department on registration and payments
-
Manage publication, preparation and distribution of all training course materials
-
Generate and distribute course completion certificates
-
Provide pre- and post-course customer service
-
Manager course-related usage of Social Fingerprint™ Training Center (learning management system)

Develop marketing materials and promote classroom training courses
-
Manage budget for each classroom course
-
Manage updates and communications with trainers and consultants regarding course operations and trainer qualifications
-
Track and report on participant surveys, complaints and department performance measurements
-
Schedule and maintain records of quarterly management review of training program
-
Organize logistics for project activities such as courses and meetings, including venue and trainer scheduling
-
Manage publication, preparation and distribution of all project materials
-
Generate and distribute course completion certificates

Manage project-related usage of the Social Fingerprint™ Training Center (learning management system)

Coordinate with online training contractor to maintain and update Social Fingerprint™ Training Center (learning management system)

Manage customer service and generate reports for all users in the Social Fingerprint™ Training Center (learning management system)

Support marketing and demos for Social Fingerprint™ Program and Training Center
-
Assist with website, newsletter and other organizational releases related to department activities
-
Support Director and Senior Manager on customer service related to all SAI Corporate members and prospective members, as needed
Experience:
-
Knowledge of CSR field
-
Familiarity with social compliance standards
-
Project management
-
Managing and producing communications targeted to corporations
-
Intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)

Experience with databases and web-based tools

Strong research and writing ability

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills and attitude

Ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
