Changes to the Brazilian Labor Code (“Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho” or “CLT”)

Changes to the Brazilian Labor Code (“Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho” or “CLT”) went into effect on November 11, 2017. These new changes were highlighted in the last EHSxTECH® meeting and have specific health and safety requirements for home workers, contained in Article 75 of the CLT.
