Ceridian Announces Strategy and Goals to Drive Impact in ESG Report
Ceridian, a global leader in human capital management technology, today published its 2022 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report. Ceridian is a purpose-led company committed to acting responsibly, operating sustainably, and contributing to the greater good. In its latest ESG report, the company unveiled a new strategy and series of goals to drive performance on areas critical to both its stakeholders and its success as a business. Informed by its recent materiality assessment, this approach is built on five pillars:

- Tech for Good
- Our Communities
- Environment
Across these pillars, Ceridian has set eight quantitative goals to propel the company’s efforts in key areas—ranging from data security, to diversity, equity, and inclusion, to employee engagement and climate change. This includes an ambition to achieve gender parity in senior management roles globally and to boost underrepresented minority (URM) representation in management roles in the U.S. by 50% in the intermediate term.

- Over $1 billion in annual revenue
- Named to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index
- Over 950 customers have chosen Dayforce Wallet to date
- Over $5 million in grants from Ceridian Cares since its inception
- Completed its first greenhouse gas inventory
- 50% of Board of Directors are women or people of color
