Celebrating Kohler's History of Extraordinary Women Leaders
In the early 20th century, Rose Barbour was the only female Kohler associate named on the WWI Honor Roll for her time serving as a nurse. She then became a founding member of the Kohler Women’s Club, a social-forward organization formed to elevate education, health and culture through philanthropic efforts and community events.
Today, Jean Gong is leading Kohler’s social impact efforts in China and across the Asia-Pacific region, helping to coordinate community partnerships and volunteer projects focused on safe water, youth development, art, culture, and environmental protection.
