CECP Continues to Advance Business as a Force for Good with Hire of New Senior Director of Strategy

Nandika Madgavkar joins nonprofit consultancy with special focus on business development, strengthening the coalition, and increasing impact

NEW YORK, September 13, 2018 /3BL Media/ – CECP: The CEO Force for Good announced the addition of Nandika Madgavkar as Senior Director of Strategy, an integral part of CECP’s senior leadership team. As a CEO-led coalition of more than 200 of the world’s largest companies, CECP believes a company’s social strategy – how it engages with key stakeholders including employees, communities, investors, and customers – determines a company’s success. As a former leader of Metlife’s Corporate Responsibility efforts both in the U.S. and globally, Nandika brings many years of experience in executive communications, corporate social strategy, and brand development.

As Senior Director of Strategy at CECP, Nandika is responsible for forging new and deepening current relationships with CECP’s network of partners, expanding and driving new Advanced Advisory opportunities and Accelerate Communities for CECP, and supporting and scaling CECP’s Strategic Investor Initiative and CEO Investor Forums to help create long-term business plans for publicly traded large-cap companies.

Prior to CECP, Nandika advanced MetLife’s Corporate Responsibility efforts, where she was responsible for building a strong brand presence, overseeing effective internal and external communications, and ensuring MetLife’s Corporate Responsibility efforts were aligned with the company’s core values. Before her leadership at MetLife, Nandika managed internal and external communications for Citi’s Community Development and Microfinance departments. As the communications liaison for the business, Nandika was responsible for maximizing Citi’s community impact both in the U.S. and internationally.

Nandika holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Master of Arts in Political Science from Delhi University, India.
