Giving back to the communities where we live and work is a core part of Cadence's history and culture. We are committed to providing our employees with opportunities to do meaningful work that makes a global impact and transforms lives. Since 2018, Cadence team members have volunteered 4,200 hours. We have further prioritized supporting employees and family life by recently adding an additional 10 days off, groups for parents, flexible work schedules, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement of $15,000 and health coverage for fertility treatments.
