Broadus Oil And Miss Illinois Give Back to Local Community Through Customer Appreciation Events

Sept. 19, 2014 /3BL Media/ - On Aug. 22 and 23, local CITGO Marketer Broadus Oil Corporation celebrated its loyal patrons with Customer Appreciation events at the Bud’s CITGO location at 150 East Market Street in Somonauk, Ill. To celebrate, Miss Illinois, Marisa Buchheit, visited the station to sign autographs and pose for photos with customers who enjoyed special pricing on food and drinks along with giveaways.

“We love hosting these events to show our customers how much their business means to us,” said Bob Honkala, owner of Bud’s CITGO. “We are a family-owned business and we make strong connections to the community members who visit our stores daily. We hope they know how much we appreciate their loyalty and we will continue to give back with more exciting events in the future.”

To kick off the celebration, the first 100 customers to arrive at the station starting at 10 a.m. on Aug. 23 received a free CITGO USB mobile phone charger. In addition, customers who made a purchase of $10 or more during the two-day event were automatically given the chance to spin the prize wheel to win rewards including free car washes, travel mugs and more.
