Dean Andy Boynton and top faculty from the Carroll School of Management and other disciplines at Boston College will teach participants how to make valuable connections to their companies’ business strategies and identify ways to position programs to capture the attention of senior leaders and other important stakeholders. The Academy features key Carroll School faculty including Mary Ann Glynn, Ph.D., the Joseph F. Cotter professor and director of the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics; and Michael Pratt, Ph.D., O’Connor Family professor and Ph.D. director.

Smith, executive director of the Carroll School of Management Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College. “This Academy provides a solid foundation in corporate citizenship concepts, practices and trends that will enhance key management skills and help deliver value to the company.” The Academy is organized around critical questions that every corporate manager should be able to ask and answer if they are to lead effectively in the 21st century:-
