Booz Allen has Again Been Selected one of Computerworld’s 100 Best Places to Work in IT

Each year Computerworld ranks companies for its "100 Best Places to Work in IT" list, which spans industries and geographies.

This year Booz Allen ranked number 20 among 50 large organizations. The reviews are based on a comprehensive questionnaire on company offerings in categories including benefits, career development, training, and retention.

Computerworld also conducts extensive surveys of IT workers, whose responses factor heavily in determining the rankings. This year 21 midsize and 29 small organizations were recognized.

So what puts us ahead the competition? We were recognized for a flexible environment that encourages skill development and collaboration. Our leaders are also on the lookout for encouraging employees to build stronger, more productive working relationships.
