Bay Area Dining Group Partners with Fair Trade USA to Celebrate World Fair Trade Day
WHAT: The members of Stag Dining Group have set out to make positive changes in the restaurant industry by creating unforgettable dining experiences with a keen eye on the social, economic and environmental sustainably of the entire supply chain. In honor of World Fair Trade Day, Chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury have carefully designed an exquisite brunch menu that showcases Fair Trade Certified ingredients, paired with coffee, tea and cocktails. Attendees will learn how every menu can make a difference in Fair Trade’s effort to fight global poverty.
