DENVER, Co. – Arrow Electronics executives Susanne Endress and Nichole Wiley-Marks have been recognized in Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2018 Women Worth Watching Awards. The awards spotlight women who are leading the way to excellence in the workplace, marketplace and the world.

The magazine celebrated their achievements in its Women Worth Watching edition in August. Endress and Wiley-Marks were among 124 women featured in the magazine.

Endress, who joined Arrow in 2013, oversees operations for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in Germany. She also enjoys taking on mentorship roles in the company and advises other women to be confident and clear about their goals if they want to serve as leaders in their organizations.

“Get out of your comfort zone, learn who you are as a person and express that,” said Endress.

Since 2004, Wiley-Marks has steadily risen through the Arrow ranks from managing single lines of business to vice president of sales and operations for Arrow’s enterprise computing solutions business in the Americas. She has received numerous professional accolades, including Professional Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women and Technology All Star by Women of Color STEM.

“Women can bring a different approach and perspective to any conversation,” said Wiley-Marks. “Using their innate ability to be authentic can work in their favor.”

Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly magazine dedicated to promoting and advancing inclusion and diversity across a wide range of professional sectors. For more than 20 years, the publication has helped drive this mission by showcasing visionary leaders and noteworthy organizational changes.
