Aramark Names Fenimore Fisher Vice President Of Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion
PHILADELPHIA, October 4, 2021 3BL Media/ - Fenimore Fisher has been named Aramark’s Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, reporting to Ash Hanson, Aramark’s Chief Diversity & Sustainability Officer. In his role, Fisher will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating all enterprise-wide programs and initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), at the global hospitality, facilities, and uniform services provider.
As part of its Be Well. Do Well. platform, Aramark’s DEI leadership and Executive Diversity Council are building strategic focus to advance DEI among the company’s workforce and the wider communities it serves. By focusing on Workforce, Workplace and the Marketplace, Aramark strives to build programs, structures and systems that create concrete positive change and offer team members a better career experience.

Fisher most recently served as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at global law firm, DLA Piper, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Earlier, Fisher served as Vice Provost and Chief Diversity Officer at Johns Hopkins University. Before joining Johns Hopkins, Fisher worked for the City of New York, leading the design and implementation of strategies to position the city as a global leader in innovative and inclusive workplace practices. He also served as Vice President of Diversity and Employment Analysis for Walmart.
Fisher is an Advisory Board Member of the National Multicultural Women's Conference, an affiliate of Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media). He is the recipient of numerous diversity and inclusion awards, including the Collaborative Leadership Interagency Award, from the New York City Police Department, and the Multicultural Leadership Award, from the National Diversity Council.
Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University, and a labor mediation certification from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
