Alliance Data Observes Women's History Month: Kelly Perry

In observance of Women's History Month, a month dedicated to highlighting and celebrating the achievements of women and the contributions they make in the many roles they play, both personally and professionally, our Women Connect Business Resource Group is spotlighting associates who have meaningful and inspirational perspectives to share.

Our first spotlight is Kelly Perry, VP, Client Partnerships. Throughout her career, Kelly has found success by actively seeking feedback from leaders, peers, friends, family and clients. Her approach to an effective work-life balance is to focus on the task at hand. She is present at work and home, and she understands that the demands of both shift daily. Slowing down and understanding this is how life operates gives her confidence and strength to succeed. Most importantly, she is grateful for the support, inspiration and joy that her parents, husband and daughters add to her life.
