"Year Up" trains thousands of disadvantaged youth for internships that often lead to corporate jobs -- jobs that companies have found hard to fill.

Interviewed by 60 Minutes correspondent Morley Safer, JPMorgan Chase Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon talks about the benefits of Year Up's program to its participants and to the company.
