Our report includes stories and data of our most notable initiatives and investments this past year, including:
- The launch of Project UP, our comprehensive initiative to advance digital equity and help build a future of unlimited possibilities, backed by a $1 billion commitment over the next 10 years.
- Installing 1,000+ Lift Zones nationwide and committing to 250 more in 2022, to provide communities with free Internet access. .
- Reaching our most inclusive employee representation in the ten years since we have been tracking diversity data.
- And reducing our Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 19% from 2020 to 2021, marking progress toward our carbon neutral goal.
