2017 Net Impact Conference Invites Attendees to Discover Their Path to Purpose
The 2017 Net Impact Conference will take place in Atlanta, GA, October 26-28
June 29, 2017 /3BL Media/ - Net Impact, the leading global nonprofit that mobilizes the next generation to use their skills and careers to make a positive impact on the world, has launched registration for their 2017 Net Impact Conference in Atlanta, GA this October 26-28.
For 25 years, the Net Impact Conference has guided attendees to careers with purpose and convened the world’s emerging leaders around one unified goal: getting the skills, connections, and inspiration that will allow them to have the greatest impact now and throughout their careers.
Expected to draw 2,500 emerging impact leaders, the 2017 Net Impact Conference will be a gathering of the brightest, most enthusiastic, and innovative change agents from around the world. Attendees will identify new career opportunities, leave with tangible next steps, and invaluable connections to find their Path to Purpose. New this year will be content tailored specifically to professionals and more local networking events and excursions to explore Atlanta.
In celebration of Net Impact’s 25th anniversary, conference registration costs have been reduced. The fun will start on October 26 during the opening party at the World of Coca-Cola and continue throughout the weekend with trips including a visit to the Civil & Human Rights Museum, the panda enclosure at Atlanta's Zoo, and a tour of the city's edgy street art scene.
“We’ve come so far since our first conference in the early ‘90s,” says Liz Maw, CEO of Net Impact. “This year in Atlanta, we’re taking it a step further and building content to help our community discover and deepen their Path to Purpose.”
The 2017 Net Impact Conference will give attendees opportunities to connect with top executives, nonprofit visionaries, and ground-breaking entrepreneurs. 2017 Net Impact Conference keynotes include Cheryl Dorsey (President, Echoing Green), Paul Hawken (Executive Director, Project Drawdown), Aaron Hurst (CEO, Imperative), Derreck Kayongo (CEO, Center for Civil and Human Rights), and Shannon Shuyler (Chief Purpose Officer, PwC).
