The 2017 DiversityFIRST™ Certification Program Makes First Stop in San Antonio, Texas
San Antonio, TX, March 7, 2017 /3BL Media/ – The National Diversity Council’s DiversityFIRST™ Certification Program will hold its first 2017 session on May 22 to 26 at the University of Phoenix-San Antonio Campus. The purpose of the program is to prepare participants to create an implement highly successful D&I strategies for organizational excellence.
“I am happy to see the growth of the DiversityFIRST™ Certification Program,” said Dennis Kennedy, founder and chairman of the National Diversity Council. “Each year, we make improvements to the program and ensure our graduates have the tools and knowledge to successfully impact diversity and inclusion in their organizations.”
With a highly-qualified team of facilitators, the DiversityFIRST™ Certification Program blends theory and practice during a 5-day intensive curriculum focusing on the business case for diversity and inclusion, cultural competence, measurement and accountability, inclusive leadership, and best practices. Ongoing professional development follows through the online DiversityFIRST™ Graduate Network. Graduates of the program are recognized as a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP).
