Trends in Global Food Security 2016

The 2016 Global Food Security Index (http://dptn.ws/6053BtVDH) was relaunched on June 9, 2016 at a congressional briefing in Washington, DC. The event was organized by DuPont and the Alliance to End Hunger with honorary co-hosts Senator Thad Cochran (MS) and Senator Chris Coons (DE). The briefing featured a presentation on the 2016 GFSI findings by Leo Abruzzese, Global Director of Public Policy with the Economist Intelligence Unit and a panel of experts who discussed the trends and drivers of food security.
