Luxury Brand Kering and the Centre for Sustainable Fashion Give Out the First Kering Awards for Sustainable Fashion

Luxury fashion house Kering and the Centre For Sustainable Fashion (CSF) have announced the very first Kering Awards for Sustainable Fashion to Neliana Fuenmayor for Stella McCartney and Ingrid Rautemberg for Alexander McQueen. CSF has a commitment to using fashion to drive change and to build a sustainable future; this year’s winners represent that mission. The focus of Neliana works is The Art of Positive Story-telling, all to do with sustainability stories, while the project signed by Ingrid Rautemberg is about Exploring bioplastic in the fashion industry.
Over 160 applications were submitted for the Awards. Each winner will receive €10,000 ($10,926), grant for their work, in addition internships.
