Crain’s Detroit Business unveiled their 40 under 40 results this week. Congratulations to Toyota’s Rana Mohtadi, Senior scientist, materials research department, Toyota Research Institute North America, Toyota Technical Center, Ann Arbor.
Biggest achievement: Discovered a medium for hydrogen storage could also be used for rechargeable magnesium batteries, opening up new battery design possibilities.
Current goal: Use novel materials to create practical and more efficient energy storage systems.
