The topic of leadership is large enough by itself; now merge the conversation with the business sustainability concept and it becomes overwhelming. Rather than narrowing the conversation, our sustainability seeks to expand the topic further.
Given every business environment is uniquely different, the path to effective leadership in each case can be quite different. We find traditional business beliefs of leadership are in fact giving way to new and innovative understandings of leadership.
In its latest journey of understanding, our sustainability consulting turns its attention toward a recent Harvard Business Review post, Three Leadership Skills That Count, which explores ‘leadership in chaos’.
